The Cat Exercise Wheel is a fun toy and a great way for indoor cats to burn excess energy, but please be aware that most cats will need to be trained in order to use it. Before purchasing, please take a moment to confirm that the wheel will fit in your residence and that you have the time to work daily on training your cat. Most cats need a couple weeks of training to start using the wheel, and not all cats will use the wheel on their own. While we cannot guarantee that your cat will use our wheel, consistent training will help most learn to love it.
If you find that your cat has no interest in the wheel, even after a couple weeks of training, and you don’t believe they will ever take to it, you can return the wheel within the first 30 days of receipt provided that you still have the original box. Wheels must be cleaned, disassembled, and shipped back in the original box to qualify for a return. We reserve the right to deny refunds to any wheels sent back to us that do not meet the stated conditions.
To start a return, please submit a return request online through the Contact Us link at the bottom of the site. Wheels sent back without approval or an RMA number will not be accepted.
Please note that if a part breaks during disassembly this will not count against your refund, but if the traction pads have been used then the value of the pads ($30) will be deducted from the refund since these pads cannot be reused or recycled in any way. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For orders located within the 48 contiguous United States, a FedEx return label can be provided on request for a $35 fee.
We are unable to provide labels for international orders or orders located outside the 48 contiguous United States.
Limited Manufacturer Warranty
If the wheel arrives with broken or defective parts, or if parts break during assembly, there is no need to return it. We offer replacement parts free of charge up to 30 days after the date of purchase under our warranty. All you need to do is send in a photo of the affected parts to receive replacements. If you opt to waive the warranty and return the wheel instead due to broken or defective parts, the standard return policy applies.
To obtain replacement parts under the warranty, please submit a request through the Contact Us link at the bottom of our website. Please note we do not replace items that have worn down due to normal wear and tear or misuse of the wheel.
