Cancellations and Order Changes
If you need to cancel an order that hasn't yet shipped, please contact us as quickly as possible by phone (844-335-8858) or by submitting a support form here. Make sure to select "Cancel/Change Order" as the inquiry type in order for your request to be caught in time.
Please be aware that while we will do our best to cancel an order when requested, we cannot guarantee that we will always be able to successfully complete a cancellation. If the order has already been packaged, we may not be able to track it down in our warehouse before it is picked up. Once an item has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you may submit a return request to return it for a refund.
Once an order is placed it is not possible for us to modify the items on the order in any way. This includes changing the color or quantity of existing items, or removing or adding products. However, if the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel the order so that you can place a new one that includes the desired changes. Please follow the procedure above to request a cancellation.
Shipping Address Changes
Due to the speed at which we package orders for shipment, we cannot guarantee a successful update of the address of an order in our system. Please make sure to double-check the address information entered prior to submitting the order, especially if you use a third-party payment option such as PayPal or Amazon Pay that uses your account's default address. If there is a problem we will do our best to update order information as needed, and for the best chance of success please reach out immediately to us for assistance.
We can update the shipping address on an order up until the shipping label has been created. After that, updating the address is under the control of UPS or FedEx. Both carriers charge us a $17 flat fee for any address corrections, including fixing misspellings, adding apartment numbers, or changing the address completely. For this reason, any shipping address change requests made after the shipping label has been created will require a $17 payment from the customer to cover the carrier’s fees.
If you have misspelled the street address or forgot to add an apartment number, you can contact FedEx at 800-463-3339 or UPS at 800-742-5877 and request to have the package held for pickup for free instead of updating the address.
Please note that once an item is out for delivery, no changes can be made to the address.
