Both versions of the Giant Scratching Tower have the exact same tube and sisal. The differences lie in the base and top of the Giant Scratching Tower.

Classic - The base and bed frame are made from premium plywood with a walnut finish. The bed is bean-shaped and thinner (~1" thick), and smaller in size, functioning more as a place for cats to perch. The Classic tower offers an elegant and natural look.

Modern - The tower base and bed base are made from laminated MDF, available in either solid black or a blond wood veneer. The bed is a thick, round bowl of solid foam that's roomier for big cats and there is a dangling feather teaser to entice more scratching and play. The Modern tower offers a simplified, streamlined look.

Use a cat wand or their favorite treat to get them to pounce and jump on the scratching post. Once they feel more comfortable climbing, lead them to the cat perch. To spark the cat’s interest, sprinkle catnip on the scratching surface.

The Giant Scratching Tower will need to be assembled when it arrives, but the design is simple and assembly can be completed quickly.
