Shipping & Delivery
We use FedEx Home Delivery as our shipping provider. Shipping confirmation e-mails will be sent out once the shipping label has been created, and the tracking numbers will be provided for FedEx.com. Please expect 5-6 business days for delivery from the date of receiving the shipping confirmation. Customers closer to California can expect the shipping to take less than the projected 5-6 business days.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico is currently now available but shipping charges will apply. We use FedEx as our shipping provider.
APO & FPO
Currently, we are not able to ship to APO & FPO addresses.
We are now shipping to locations outside of the contiguous United States via FedEx, but shipping charges will apply.
There is a shipping fee for all replacements parts shipped (regardless of location) that will be calculated during checkout.
Packages that are refused by the recipient and returned to sender will be treated as a standard return, and a refund less all freight fees will be issued once the item is received back at One Fast Cat's warehouse. Any shipping fees initially paid for by the recipient will not be reimbursed. If any damaged occurred to the box or parts during transit or upon delivery, please contact us so that we can arrange to have replacement parts sent out.
Package not received?
If the tracking shows as delivered but you haven't received your order, please check around your property first to confirm the driver did not tuck the package out of immediate sight and confirm with your neighbors that none of them received it in error. FedEx and UPS will occasionally mark a package as delivered prematurely, so allow 24 hours for the item to be delivered past the initial delivery date. If you still have not received the package 24 hours after it was marked as delivered, please contact us so that we can start a trace with the carrier.
Traces take an average of 2 business days to complete and must be completed before we can proceed with lost package procedures. You must contact us within 5 days of the order being marked as delivered in order for us to start a trace. Packages reported as lost two weeks past the delivery date are not eligible for replacement.
If the carrier is not able to recover and redeliver the package within that time frame, we can send out a one-time replacement. We are not able to issue refunds for orders that show as delivered. If possible, we recommend providing an alternate address or having the order shipped to your nearest FedEx or UPS store for pickup to ensure a successful delivery.
