2024 Holiday Shipping Notice:

We are currently in the holiday season, which our busiest time of the year! Since our processing speed is a little limited by how fast our machines can manufacture parts, please allow up to four business days for your order to be made, packed, and shipped out. Transit time can take a week (or more) to reach the East Coast, so make sure to place any Christmas orders early to ensure delivery before Christmas Eve.

Shipping & Delivery

48 Contiguous United States Delivery

We use FedEx Home Delivery as our shipping providers and can ship to physical addresses only; we are not able to ship to PO Boxes. Once your order has been packaged and a shipping label created, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number for the shipment. All orders ship from Southern California, so expect transit times of 1-3 days for West Coast orders, 3-4 days for Central US, 4-5 days for the Midwest, and 5-7 days for East Coast locations. One Fast Cat is not responsible for carrier or weather-related delays. 

 

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and United States Territories

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is available, but shipping charges will apply for all products. Shipping fees are calculated during checkout once you've entered your delivery address.  

 

APO & FPO

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to APO & FPO addresses as we do not use USPS. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

 

International Deliveries

We are able to ship to many locations outside the United States, but shipping and duty fees will apply. These costs will be calculated once you enter your delivery address into the system during checkout. 

 

Delivery Estimates and Shipping Fees

Any transit times shown during checkout are estimates only and may be subject to change due to unforeseen weather, route, or station delays. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and shipping fees are not refundable, even for expedited options.

  

Refused Packages

Packages that are refused by the recipient and returned to sender will be treated as a standard return, and a refund will be issued once the item is received back at One Fast Cat's warehouse. For orders that shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund issued. Any shipping fees initially paid for by the recipient will not be reimbursed. If any damage occurred to the box or parts during transit or upon delivery, please contact us so that we can arrange to have replacement parts sent out.

 

Package not received?

FedEx will occasionally mark a package as delivered prematurely, so if the tracking shows as delivered but you haven't received your order, please allow 24 hours for the item to be delivered past the initial delivery date. If you still have not received the package 24 hours after it was marked as delivered, please contact us so that we can start a trace with the carrier.

Traces take an average of 2 business days to complete and must be completed before we can proceed with lost package procedures. You must contact us within 5 days of the order being marked as delivered in order for us to start a trace. Packages reported as lost two weeks past the delivery date are not eligible for replacement.

If the carrier is not able to recover and redeliver the package within that time frame, we can send out a one-time replacement.* We are not able to issue refunds for orders that show as delivered. If possible, we recommend providing an alternate address or having the order shipped to your nearest FedEx store for pickup to ensure a successful delivery.

*Replacements cannot be returned for a refund. If a replacement is not desired, store credit for the value of the item can be provided instead.
