60 Day Returns

One Fast Cat accepts returns (and exchanges) on items sent back within the first 60 days of receipt, provided that the item is disassembled and shipped back in the original box.

The return process is fast and easy:

Common Questions

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage you to put it together and let your cat try it out for a bit first before deciding to do a return. You will simply need to disassemble it in order to ship it back in the original box for a return.

To start a return, simply visit our online portal here. The portal menu will walk you through the steps for generating your RMA and return instructions.

Please disassemble and wipe down the item to remove any dust or fur before packing it into the original box for shipment.

You can, but we are not able to provide a free return label and the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please contact customer care at info@onefastcat.com to get the process started. Please note that we cannot ship out empty boxes for customers to use for their returns.

Yes, you can. You will need to remove the traction pads in order to disassemble the wheel for a return, and you can simply dispose of them after. Leaving the used pads out of the return will not affect your refund. Do not worry if any adhesive remains stuck to the plastic; we will remove it at our facility prior to recycling the parts.

  • USA customers located within the 48 contiguous United States that are returning their item in the original box do not pay return shipping. For these customers, One Fast Cat will provide a pre-paid label.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international customers pay return shipping fees. These customers must purchase a label (with tracking) from a carrier of their choice.
  • Anyone returning the item in a box other than the original will have to pay the return shipping costs, regardless of their location. These customers must purchase a label (with tracking) from a carrier of their choice.

You will not be able to return or exchange an item if it meets any of these criteria:

  • The order was placed over 60 days ago.
  • The item has been contaminated with bodily fluids like urine, feces, or blood.
  • The item has been personalized with embroidery.
  • The item is damaged or destroyed (in the case of cat wheels, minor damage to the parts due to disassembly is fine).
  • The item was sent free of charge as a replacement for a missing package or through warranty.
  • The item was purchased from a third party seller instead of One Fast Cat.

Full Policy Details

For USA Orders (48 contiguous States only)

One Fast Cat products purchased through onefastcat.com can be returned for a full refund within the first 60 days of purchase, provided they are still in good condition. Please see the following requirements and limitations:

  • Cat Exercise Wheels and Giant Scratching Towers must be cleaned, disassembled, and shipped back in the original box* to qualify for a return. 
  • Items contaminated with bodily fluids like feces, urine, or blood, cannot be returned. 
  • Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Non-personalized items sent free of charge as replacements for warranty, missing packages, etc. cannot be returned for a refund, but can be sent back for store credit if they meet the standard return requirements.
  • A pre-paid return label will be provided for shipping the item back as long as it is shipped in the original box from within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • We are not able to provide return labels for orders in Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories. Customers must purchase their own from a carrier of their choice.
  • Returns must be shipped with a trackable method in case of any issues during transit. If it cannot be proved that the item was shipped, no refund can be given.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable. Return shipping fees for customer-purchased labels cannot be reimbursed. 
  • It is the customer's responsibility to return the item to One Fast Cat for a refund. Refunds cannot be issued for products that are not shipped back to us, regardless of the circumstances.
  • One Fast Cat is not able to arrange disassembly or pickup services.
  • Packages shipped within the 48 contiguous United States that are refused by the recipient and returned to sender will be refunded as a standard return.
  • Personalized items that are rejected or returned to sender cannot be refunded, but can be reshipped at the customer's expense.
  • Items purchased through other online marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, or Chewy.com must be returned through those channels in accordance with their return policies. 

*If you no longer have the original box, you can still return the item at your expense provided that it meets the other return criteria. We are not able to provide boxes or return labels, and return shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

 

For International, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories Orders

One Fast Cat products purchased through onefastcat.com can be returned for a full refund within the first 60 days of purchase, provided they are still in good condition. Please see the following requirements and limitations:

  • One Fast Cat is not able to arrange disassembly or pickup services.
  • Packages that are refused by the recipient and returned to sender will be treated as a standard return, and a refund less all freight fees (original shipping fees, duties, plus return shipping fees) will be issued once the item is received back at One Fast Cat's warehouse.
  • Personalized items that are rejected or returned to sender cannot be refunded, but can be reshipped at the customer's expense.
  • Items purchased through other online marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, or Chewy.com must be returned through those channels in accordance with their return policies. 

We are unable to provide return labels for international orders and any orders outside the contiguous United States.
