Returns Policy

For USA Orders (48 contiguous States only)

If your One Fast Cat product isn't working out, you can return it within the first 45 days of receipt. Cat Exercise Wheels, Giant Cat Trees, Giant Scratching Posts, and Cat Beds must be cleaned, disassembled, and shipped back in the original box to qualify for a return. We reserve the right to deny refunds to any items sent back to us that do not meet these conditions.

Please be aware that any items that have been personalized cannot be returned or exchanged. Non-personalized items sent free of charge as replacements for warranty, missing packages, etc. cannot be returned for a refund, but can be sent back for store credit if they meet the conditions above.

If you are using the original box, a free return shipping label will be provided as long as you are shipping from within the 48 contiguous United States. We are not able to provide return labels for orders in Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories. Please note that any original shipping fees that were paid at the time the order was placed will not be refunded.

Packages shipped within the 48 contiguous United States that are refused by the recipient and returned to sender will be treated as a standard return, and a full refund will be issued once the item is received back at One Fast Cat's warehouse. Personalized items cannot be refunded, but can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

For International Orders (and Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories)

Shipping fees and duties are nonrefundable and the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We are unable to provide return labels for international orders and any orders outside the contiguous United States.
