Wrong size
Dimensions are wrong. I called and talked to somebody and I asked them was the diameter of the cat scratching pole or y'all's product around 4 to 5 in and she told me yes. Well when I received it it's too long and it's too big. So now going to have to figure out some way to try to get around the two of my cat's scratching posts. Very disappointed

We're sorry for any confusion! Our customer service representative may not have understood your question properly. This sisal is made specifically for our cat tower, which has a diameter of about 9.7".
