Returns Policy

For USA Orders (48 contiguous States only)

If your One Fast Cat product isn't working out, you can return it within the first 45 days of receipt. Cat Exercise Wheels, Giant Cat Trees, Giant Scratching Posts, and Cat Beds must be cleaned, disassembled, and shipped back in the original box to qualify for a return. We reserve the right to deny refunds to any items sent back to us that do not meet these conditions.

Please be aware that any items that have been personalized cannot be returned or exchanged. Non-personalized items sent free of charge as replacements for warranty, missing packages, etc. cannot be returned for a refund, but can be sent back for store credit if they meet the conditions above.

Shipping costs are not refundable and the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you are using the original box, a return shipping label can be provided on request for a $40 fee*, so long as you are shipping from within the 48 contiguous United States. We are not able to provide labels for orders in Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories. 

Packages that are refused by the recipient and returned to sender will be treated as a standard return, and a refund less all freight fees (original shipping and return shipping fees) will be issued once the item is received back at One Fast Cat's warehouse. Personalized items cannot be refunded, but can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

We are unable to provide labels for accessories, replacement parts, international orders, and orders located outside the 48 contiguous United States.

*Facebook, Amazon, or Instagram orders must contact customer service directly to purchase a $40 return label (offer only eligible for contiguous US orders being shipped back in the original box)

For International Orders (and Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories)
