This was fairly easy to put together, the video that was sent to me with an example of hot to put together was very helpful. My kitten is curious about the wheel and sometimes goes on it by himself. I think we need more practice with toys and treats to reinforce him enjoying it but he doesn't hate the wheel which is great. The only reason I'm not giving this a 5 star is because when I received it, a track had a crack in it as well as a few missing bolt pieces which are necessary for the wheel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The first time I reached out for the replacement parts, I had only gotten the track and not the bolts. After calling again staff was still very nice and apologized and sent out the bolt pieces. It took a while in order to get all the pieces which was annoying because I had the wheel mostly assembled but not enough to keep on the side out of the way. The wheel was horrizontal in my living room for a few weeks. I would suggest making sure you have all your pieces and make sure none are broken before assembly.
